Pixel People is an informal group associated with the Rockford Photo Club that shares information about digital photography. It is primarily educational in nature and includes experience levels from beginners to advanced amateurs. Since 2001, topics have included digital cameras, computers, printers, computer software, and all manner of techniques for photographic digital manipulation.
There are no membership lists, no dues, no mission statements, no bylaws, and no standing rules. Show up with a curiosity for digital photography, and you will be welcome. Everyone is encouraged to bring digital photography problems, solutions, and images to share with the group.
Every third Tuesday of each month at 7 PM, those interested in the particulars of digital photography are invited to join the Pixel People at the home of Paul Mueller. During the months of June, July and August the meetings will be held at the home of Jerome Jones.
